Synergy Kettlebell classes are 45-50 minutes and challenge people of all fitness levels.
Our Program Has 3 Elements:
We focus on strength endurance through traditional Kettlebell movements, body weight, battling ropes, wall balls, and the TRX to build a stronger body and mind. You’ll burn an average 600-800 calories in this class!
We partner the Power of the Barbell + the Strength Endurance of the Kettlebell in the same workout to strengthen & sculpt our overall physique.
We challenge your cardio limits with varying circuits that deliver a full-body workout so your heart rate stays high and maximize the greatest fat burn possible.
