Today I decided to work on swings again and condition my back and hip thrust to get back into the power shape I need it in to start my Max VO2 Snatch routines again. It felt strong and I'm looking forward to Snatching later this week. I hope my shoulder holds up. It's feeling a whole lot better although it's not 100% yet. Maybe a Snatch set will snap it back into shape! :) We'll see...
