"2 Are Better Than 1" Kettlebell Workout Theme

XOXO Kettlebell We're launching a brand new theme called "2 Are Better Than 1" for our next 2 weeks of Synergy Kettlebell Workouts. We're going to lead you through intentionally paired single Kettlebell and double Kettlebell movements that allow you to experience the benefits of unilateral and bilateral body mechanics. Essentially that means how your body will work while moving 1 Kettlebell and then the difference by adding a second Kettlebell. Just by adding the second bell greatly increases the overall physical effort, overall energy output, and therefore directly increases results. Then we are going to be intentionaly pairing up 2 non-Kettlebell movements to magnify the intensity of bodyweight mechanics within a short burst cycle. Mental Edge: What We Should Have In Our Minds During Each Workout

1) You’ve heard the saying “2 are better than 1”. We’re going to explore exactly how powerful doubles (double Kettlebells & intentionally paired exercises) compared to singles are for increasing our strength and endurance in our workouts.

2) Of course we can workout alone, but we need others to encourage us and push us to our next level. For that we need teamwork.

3) Overall NOT only do we need to love ourselves to be and stay healthy, but we need to cheer those around us. So let’s work together to make that happen.
