What We Want You To Think About During "The Climb": In order to experience change we need to make incremental improvements everyday so that they can compound upon each other. Then when we look back weeks and months down the road we can see how far we've come.

Each day we may NOT see progress in our workouts, BUT we always want to make improvements within ourselves. Day by day we can take those extra steps to get to where we want to be. There are no short cuts to get to the top, it is all about the determination, commitment, and drive that comes from within yourself.
