Ice Pack For Low Back & Super Yummy Smoothie

Check out this cool ice pack I bought for my lower back, which really helps with the inflammation of the disc herniation that I have at L4/L5, and I also tell you about the amazing smoothie I drank after my workout too. The ingredients are below the video for you to make it yourself when you're done watching.

Smoothie Ingredients

1  1/4 cup of Chopped Watermelon

1/4 of Fresh Pineapple

1 tsp of Maca Root Powder

3 tsp of Almond Meal

I blended everything together in my Vitamix and downed it. Wow that was good!  I hope you enjoy it too.
