Kettlebell Sport is probably the one sport that I've practiced that produces some of the fastest and best returns in body conditioning and all around strength.
There are 2 things that make or break you- literally- for your success in the sport. 1) Mental survival during each set. 2) Mental persistence of each practice day in and day out.
Too many people get bored and think they're not gonna get a good workout with Kettlebell Sport, BUT it's the VOLUME of workouts that add up first and foremost AND beyond that we don't do this sport for beach bodies. We do it because we love it and love the strength it gives us moreover most other fitness modalities.
