Remember a proper challenge always is painful, makes us second guess why we're doing it, but our greatest success is on the other side of that pain and our fear.
I know we're into the higher numbers for our May Burpee Challenge, but HOLD ON and truly challenge yourself. If we do all the lower numbers and forego the higher then are we really challenging ourselves?
Are we really going to experience the change in our body, in our mind, that we truly want and need?
What else might we be sticking in our comfort zone on that is holding us back?
