Warm up first for about 5 minutes and after cool down for at least 5 minutes.
Do as many rounds as you possibly can in 20 minutes of the following:
8x Pushups
12x Shin Grab Crunches
12x Reverse Lunges- R/L
24x Jumping Jacks
48x Flutter Kicks
Then afterwords run, jump rope, or do any type of cardio machine for 12 minutes.
