WAIVERS

 

IF THEY ALREADY HAVE A ZEN PLANNER PROFILE

(If they registered on our website prior to coming in then they will have a profile in Zen.)

Step 1) Login to YOUR Staff Zen Planner account.

Step 2) Navigate to the new person's profile in Zen. Search using the magnifying glass icon in the top left.

Step 3) Once on their profile, click on the orange alert at the top and click "Sign".

Step 4) They complete the form and you're done.

 

IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A ZEN PLANNER PROFILE YET Step 1) First you must complete the New Setup Form HERE.

Step 2) After they submit the form, login to YOUR Staff Zen Planner account.

Step 3) Navigate to the new person's profile in Zen. Search using the magnifying glass icon in the top left.

Step 4) Once in their profile, click on the orange alert at the top and click "Sign".

Step 5) They complete the form and you're done.

CHILD WAIVER ONLY

 

Step 1) Login to YOUR Staff Zen Planner account.

Step 2) Navigate to the parent's profile in Zen. Search using the magnifying glass icon in the top left.

Step 3) Once on their profile, click on the Communications and Status tab in the left pane menu.

Step 4) Click on the green Add button in the middle right of the screen.

Step 5) Select Digital Signature Document.

Step 6) Choose Child Waiver from the top of that list.

Step 7) The parent inputs all relevant children's names in the Print Name box at the bottom of the waiver, just above the signature box.

Step 8) The parent uses their finger to e-sign the signature box, click accept, and that is it.
