At Synergy Kettlebell we challenge the status quo of traditional exercise by first and foremost building a strong community of like-minded people whose goal is to improve ourselves every day and our community is the backbone to our success.
We realize many exercise programs can work okay, and maybe they will get you results; however there’s certainly no guarantee that they will. So we decided to think about exercise differently.
Together we come without the use of machines to shape us, but instead we use our bodies as our machines, our Kettlebells as our tools, and teach our bodies to get in the best shape we can!
HOW SYNERGY WORKOUTS WORK SO WELL
Synergy Kettlebell classes give you short-burst high-intensity intervals, strength & conditioning, yoga and flexibility, all in one workout.
We lead you to give your best effort in what you CAN do and modify whatever you need so you keep progressing forward. Synergy's coaching team is so supportive on teaching you proper technique and correct movement patterns so you maximize your workouts.
Each day you be working toward your fitness goals, but you'll be surrounded by an AMAZING encouraging and fun community that goes way beyond just exercise. That's Synergy!
Can I Bring A Friend With Me?
Yes ABSOLUTELY bring your friends and family BECAUSE we KNOW community exercising together experience better results together.
How Long Is Each Class?
Our workouts are 45-50 minutes. This includes warmup and cool down.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
Excellent question! That's PERFECT!! We'll take care of that BECAUSE that's exactly what we do!
Our Synergy X-Fit™ program is specifically designed for all fitness levels, all ages, and physical limitations because every Synergy Kettlebell workout is 100% scalable to where you are.
Our Synergy coaching team will ALWAYS make sure you're safe during every class.
What Memberships Do You Have?
Our group training memberships give you the ultimate flexibility of Unlimited Sessions so you can come to class as much as you'd like and RSVP is not necessary. We always have a spot for you!
Our facilities also include a self-training strength and cardio area for members to use before class, after class, or instead of class, anytime we're open.
Our memberships range from $47-$127 monthly depending on what you want.

How Often Should I Come?
Our Synergy Rock Stars average 3-4 classes per week and we found this achieves the best results. We give you Unlimited Sessions so you can even come 5 or 6 days a week if you want.
EQUIPMENT WE USE AT SYNERGY
We trim out the excess and our focus is on the one thing that matters most: RESULTS. Results are what you expect and results are what Synergy members experience.
We use Kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, wall balls, battling ropes, TRX trainers, tractor tires for sledgehammer slamming, and more because we believe that our body is our machine instead of using machines for exercise. We find that we get better and quicker results this way.

YES!! We are experts of modifying and scaling our Synergy X-Fit™ workouts for any situation and need you might have. We welcome all fitness levels and everyone goes at their own pace so everyone progresses. We won’t ask you to do anything that you are not capable of doing!

ABOUT KETTLEBELL TRAINING
An independent study by the American Counsel on Exercise (A.C.E.) confirms that kettlebell training IS the ULTIMATE form of conditioning! The results of the study revealed that the subjects “were burning at least 20.2 - 28 calories per minute(that’s over 600 calories in 30 min), which is off the charts.
